SCOPE OF THE CONFIDENTIALITY CHARTER 

Please note that this confidentiality charter concerns the processing of personal data of which ALGOPLAST is the Data Controller. For the avoidance of doubt, this Privacy Policy does not concern any processing of personal data that ALGOPLAST may carry out as a Subcontractor arising from your use of our services. 

To obtain more information on how our services can be used to facilitate your processing of personal data, and on the responsibilities and commitments of ALGOPLAST in relation thereto, please refer to the applicable conditions. 

PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA 

Personal data means data that identifies you as a natural person. We may process the following types of personal data about you: your company name, your first and last name, email address and your telephone number. 

User information, for example, if you log into our service or visit our websites. This information may include IP number, device type and browser, time zone, geographic location, as well as your interests and preferences Information about how you interact with our Services, such as features used and buttons clicked . Other information we receive through your contacts. 

PROCESSING PURPOSES 

We process your personal data for the following purposes: 

• – Provide our services in accordance with the applicable conditions, 

• – Administer the business relationship with you and the CTCI client that you represent, 

• – Develop and improve our services, 

in order to provide information and offers to current or potential ALGOPLAST customers on our services through selected third parties. For the avoidance of doubt, any marketing material distributed using your personal data is sent to you as a current or potential customer representative of ALGOPLAST and not to you as a private individual. 

SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES AND TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES 

We may share personal data with third parties for the purposes explained above. For the avoidance of doubt, we will not share personal data with third parties in such a way that such third parties use personal data for direct marketing purposes in relation to you as an individual, but only with you as a representative of current or potential customer of ALGOPLAST.

Cookies necessary for the proper functioning of the site
